The Aeldari, also known as Eldar, are an ancient and highly advanced race in the Warhammer 40k universe, whose once-great empire was shattered by the cataclysmic birth of the Chaos God Slaanesh, which consumed much of their civilization. Now a scattered people, the Aeldari strive to survive through their mastery of psychic powers, advanced technology, and the martial prowess of their Aspect Warriors, while constantly battling the ever-present threat of extinction.
